Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through https://zadarboattrip.com (“Website”). All payments and ticket processing are facilitated by TixTree and processed securely via Stripe.
Guests may cancel their booking at any time; however, refunds will only be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the excursion. Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund. Guests who fail to appear at the designated departure point before the excursion begins will be considered “no-shows,” and such bookings are non-refundable.
If the Company must cancel an excursion due to unfavorable weather conditions, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered the option of:
- A full refund, or
- The ability to reschedule for a different date, subject to availability
Refunds will be issued exclusively through the payment systems provided by TixTree and Stripe, and will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank, but typically require 5 to 10 business days.

The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
